Activation: As a Support action, you may make a TN 2 Theology (Air) check targeting one position at range 0–4.
Effect: If you succeed, you summon a fog bank that fills an area extending 1 range band around the target position. This fog bank counts as Obscuring terrain (see Terrain, in the Core Book on page 267).
New Opportunities
Air L: You may choose a character instead of a position. The fog bank follows that character.
Air L+: The fog bank encompasses 1 additional range band per L spent this way (to a maximum of range 6).
Air LL: The fog bank becomes a freezing ice storm, causing it to become Dangerous terrain as well.
